Good hotel - let down by noisy nightclub close by
The hotel is in a good location, staff wonderfully friendly. Hotel amenities ok, rooms comfortable and clean. Basic facilities you’d want from a basics need perspective. Unfortunately the major issue is with a local nightclub which is in close proximity playing incredibly loud music until the early hours (up till 2.30am) which travels through the glass of each room. Meant I didn’t get any sleep until 3am even with ear plugs in. Real shame.

The sexiest hotel in Cape Town
This will forever be my go-to hotel in Cape Town. Do yourself a favor and book an executive room. The aesthetic is amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We had an issue on the Monday of our stay; we were rudely awoken by a customer who claimed that we were in her room; this was followed by another rude call from reception to ask if why we hadnt vacated the room. We were booked until Tuesday; unacceptable behaviour

Both med and my colleague gave our business card and specifically asked to get the company details on the invoice. Next day they had not done so and it was an 20 min wait in order to get it added. Perhaps not the worst thing that could happen but we got the feeling that the check in people didn't want to add it themselves. The rooms we got were facing inwards which was not nice. The toilet seat were worn out and was peeling off. The water in the shower were filling up on the floor. Room 539.
