Horrible
We checked into our room and phone did not work and sink and bathtub did not drain. Water was leaking from the toilet button. We changed rooms and we still had a phone that did not work. Therefore, every time we needed anything we had to go to the front desk. Then there was ants in the bathroom. Also, they forgot to place towels in our room. The breakfast was so disappointing. My son saw mold in his bread. The Buffett was not in good standards.

The spa center is also very well equipped and offers a stunning view of the sea, adding a touch of serenity to the wellness experience. The cuisine is a real highlight: meals are varied, delicious, and well-presented. Each dish reflects a commitment to local flavors and impeccable quality, making dining a truly enjoyable experience. The only slight downside was the condition of the room, which could benefit from a bit more maintenance and equipment. Fabulous hotel in everyway possible - from the moment we arrived until we left the staff went out of the way to look after us. The room was just amazing with the sea view. Breakfast and dinner was wonderful every day and a great selection. Honestly it was an excellent experience - the hotel grounds, pools, gardens, view etc was well looked after. The staff are very friendly and helpful They had some synchronization problems with my reservation so instead they upgraded my reservation (for free) with an amazing view. The food at the restaurant was good, you can find a variety of options. Some dishes were tasty some weren't.

We had a nice stay at Bel Azur Hotel. It wasn’t our first stay, we’ve noticed some improvement with the food, it did taste good and better than last time we were there. Staff was nice and helpful except for some of them that were a little nervous but that didn’t affect our vacation. We will come back again for sure. Thanks!!

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The room wasn't cleaned properly when we got it, the floor was dirty, the bathroom had a nasty sewage smell and the air conditioning didn't work very well. We reported this and they said we would get a new room, but we never did despite asking several times over 3 days. The cleaning ladies just came and sprayed the room to fix the bad smell in our absence.. They struggled to give us clean towels. Finally we just gave up and checked out of this nasty hotel. Save your money and stay away from this hotel. This hotel ruined several days of our holiday in Tunisia.
