As a solo traveller, the apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen, although small, was perfect for my needs.
The most impressive thing about this apartment is the incredible view from the terrace. The terrace itself has a small table, 4 chairs and a sun lounger to use.
The apartment was clean, with fresh sheets and towels. Of course, as it is not a hotel, you are expected to keep the space clean. There were cleaning products provided for this, and it was not a problem to ensure it was in the same condition upon departure.
For families, the space may be a little unusual. The children's bunk beds are essentially in the corridor between the bathroom and the rest of the property. The trundle bed in the living room is comfortable, but functions as two single beds, rather than a double. For a longer holiday, having to pull out the bed each night and re-convert it into a couch during the day may become tiresome and annoying. For a few days, just for me, it was fine.
Staff were welcoming. Their English skills were great and everything was explained well to me.
