This location was promoted with free breakfast and turned out I needed a coupon for it. No one ever mentioned this at my arrival. The lady in the morning of 8/19 around 8am was very rude with poor attitude. Eyeballing my daughter up and down.

La reservación no les aparecía en su sistema, pero fue porque la hice para el mismo día, entonces hay que tomarlo en cuenta. A pesar de ello, el recepcionista me dio soluciones y todo bien, tanto él como la recepcionista de la mañana siempre con la mejor disposición de ayudar, agradezco mucho eso y te hacen muy amena la estancia. Hablando de la habitación, tiene muchas amenidades, entre las que destacan: burro para planchar, mesa y un par de sillas, varios banquillos, varias almohadas, el piso tiene alfombra. De la ubicación, está cerca de lugares para visitar. Le queda bien a personas que quieren venir a CDMX y quieren un lugar tranquilo. Lo único malo es que su señal wifi no llega a todas las partes de la habitación que me tocó, entonces habría que moverse para que la señal fuera óptima.

Relacion precio muy buena, se encuentra a pocas cuadras de bellas artes, zona cerca de lugares para comer, oxxos, supermercado, etc. Parqueo con seguridad, servicio habitacion diaria, A/C funcionando perfectamente, hotel se observa antiguo pero se ha dado mantenimiento, zona exterior bastante transitable durante el dia y si bastante sola por altas horas de la noche
