The hotel was completely booked Sunday May 26, so Monday morning management should have anticipated the number of people coming to breakfast and had the buffet staffed. There was no coffee for 30 or more m8ns when i was there. At one point there weren't any eggs, sausage, or potatoes. If I had not alerted the manager at the desk, I do not believe the younger man also at the desk would have refilled anything. He didn't check the area when he finally went to make the coffee, of he had, he would have seen the food was getting low. If the actual buffet staff had been scheduled, perhaps nothing would have ran low? There was a huge soccer showcase at Veterans field right down the road, so many, many, guests did not get a full breakfast. When we know better, we do better.
