Upon checking in, the gentleman told us to fill out the door hanger if we needed anything. I filled out for extra towels and toilet paper, left it on our door at 7am. We came back around 9pm and it was still there and our wishes weren’t addressed. They were urgent needs, but if they were, it wouldn’t have been fun. I will say, we left something in our room after checking out, were 20 minutes out and they retrieved it and we went back and got it. Overall a nice stay, hotel could use a little updating but the beds and pillows were comfy!

Indoor pool and spa was very nice! Just outside of Cooperstown by a few minutes but right next to the Sportspark where all of the Little League games are. Plenty of restaurants just a short drive from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast and the employees were helpful. The biggest issue is the fact that the pool was not open until 6pm. The pool closes at midnight. These times don't work for a family. The weather was hot and the pool is one of the main reasons why we booked the location. We were told they needed a part to fix an issue related to the temperature or humidity of the pool area. No matter what the issue was, the lack of pool hours was a real negative when you have multiple children excited about swimming and when a family needs an easy activity. Management should rethink how they are handling this situation.
