Don’t stay here you will be overcharged
I was quoted a price of 64.02 but instead was charged 164.02 through two separate charges. The room was not worth anywhere near 164.02. In addition to not being able to contact a real person at this hotel also hotels.com has been less than helpful as well. Iwill never stay at this dump again nor will i recommend hotels dot com. Seriously shame on all of you.

Needs a deep clean
Check in was quick and easy. But it was all downhill from there. We had to swipe the room key 10+ times every time we wanted to enter the room. The room lacked hand towels but still had someone else’s used washcloths in the bathroom. The floors were not as clean as they should’ve been. The headboard had a thick layer of dust on it. There were cobwebs in the corners of the sliding patio door. There were no towels in the pool area whatsoever. On the plus side, the breakfast had decent options and the hotel is in a great location. However, we will stay somewhere else when we return to North Conway.

Ok but would not come back
For pet owners, the pet fee just went from $25USD to $50USD which is too high. The wifi wasn't very reliable or even existing being a few rooms away from lobby. Breakfast was ok. Eggs, sausage, French toast. Reception guy was very rude to people calling in and made a comment that i didnt mention having a dog which i had put in notes of reservation through expedia.

Room condition was a deal breaker!
Lobby, dining room, fitness room and indoor swimming pool area all were very nice and clean. That’s the good news. The bad news is all about our room. It was an absolute dump. The two queen beds were nearly on the floor. Never seen bed levels so low and near the floor. Just weird. The paint on all of the woodwork was flaked and beat up. The caulking all around the bathroom floor was filthy and the exhaust fan was broken. The worst part was this horrid smell in the room that may have been coming from the mini fridge but not positive. All I know is that all of my clothes stunk and the first thing I did when I got home was throw everything into the wash. Very gross. Maybe we got a bad room because we had our dog with us. Wouldn’t surprise me if they reserve the beat up rooms for guests with dogs. One more positive note, Dillon behind the front desk was awesome and very nice when we checked in but that was the only interaction we had with the staff. The included buffet breakfast was okay. Scrambled eggs, pre-made mini cheese omelettes & french toast were all okay. The silver dollar pancakes were like cardboard and the imitation maple syrup was pretty gross. Fortunately they had bagels, toast, english muffins and little mini-muffins that were pretty good. Also had three types of dry cereal as well as oatmeal. If it weren’t for the quality of the room this rating would be much better. Will not stay at this motel again.

Get what you pay for
I guess it’s true when they say “you get what you pay for”. I booked through the app. just for a place to sleep close to the party we were going to that wasn’t more than $250 for 1 night. But, then we couldn’t sleep well at all. Check-in was a problem. The payment I made through Hotels.com app. did not show on their system, so I had to pay again. Hotel is dated. The pool wasn’t open with no explanation as to why. Mattress was not great. The heat/air rattled all night. Light bulbs in the lamps were broken.

Some room issues but would stay again
The room was little dirty tissues in the ice bucket tissue under the Bed. A small bug in the bathroom I killed and an ant on top of the microwave. The lobby was beautiful and the coffee machine was great to have. Close to all the stores. Quiet. Breakfast was good nothing special but it was free that is always a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, needs changes
The building was nice as was the view but the room was not clean and several things in need of updating. Paint was peeling and no surrounds around sprinklers, just holes. Hair in the shower, dirty used washcloth on curtain rod and the persons hairdryer left behind. When I washed the floor with wipes, the wipes were brown with dirt. The breakfast was good but the server lacked “please and thank you”. She ordered serveral guests what to do/not do. No good morning. I hope these things change because it is a nice property.

Had a nice experience overall. The lobby was spacious and welcoming, parking was free and easy, and the room was super clean with good shower pressure and soft towels. The area around the hotel has plenty of shopping and dining options, and I liked the in-room amenities—mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The indoor heated pool and hot tub were perfect, and the hot breakfast was awesome, with eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, milk, juice, coffee, fruit, toast, and bagels. Really nice staff lady during breakfast. Only a couple of small issues: the guy at reception was friendly but couldn’t find anyone to help fix our TV, and the room could use a bit more lighting. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
