Good hotel, location is great, just a short walk to Dubai mall. Worked perfectly for our hop on hop off tour. We booked the 3 bedroom room, it’s massive. Says it sleeps 8 but really only sleeps 6. Overall this is a good location and a good hotel. It’s a bit run down but for a central location with a big room it was great value.

The hotel in good area very close to the Dubai mall and burj Khalifa. But our room was on the road and its very noisy all the day and night even when the windows were closed.

Needs major refurbishment
Service and location were good, but hotel is very rundown and in desperate need of refurbishment. Leaky taps, doors and safe which don’t lock (admittedly they were repaired straight away), carpeting needs stripping and replacing, awful stuffy smell every time we came back into the room. Access to the larger pool area was all too hard, as it’s not part of Swissotel so we had to provide personal details and own towels, plus no wifi in that part. Disappointing but served it’s purpose by being close to Dubai Mall.
