A nice stay with a small pool
Very nice room and comfy bed. Good standard of decoration apart from some poor paintwork in bathroom. Breakfast was good but not exceptional. The pool is small, meaning that the number of swimmers is limited, I had a short wait. It was popular with families with young children. Small sauna was nice.

A Just below average stay
Ordered a meal from the bar Sunday evening. Only half of the constituents of the salad were there. Didn't realise until I checked the menu upon returning to room. Raised it with front desk on checking out next morning. Half cost of meal returned, but wouldn't pay out in cash which is what I paid with. Their excuse was it was the previous days cash |!!!. Also they had a lot of trouble locating someone to authorise. Reported at 09.00 not sorted until 12.20. Poor customer service..

Very well-maintained hotel, spacious bedroom with nice furnishings, large bed, maybe Superking size. Bath as well as shower. Excellent breakfast choice from the buffet: good range of cooked items, cereals, mixed berries, croissants etc. I find the hotel convenient for Silverstone.

We stayed at the hotel to go to a wedding off site the staff greeted us in a professional manner and very helpful they even ordered a taxi for us to go out. Breakfast was lovely and the staff cleaned the tables very quickly (it was really busy due to a wedding reception taking place at the hotel. This is 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. My partner was happy as it only takes 2 minutes to fill the bath. :-)
