Nice place in Palermo
This hotel is top-notch with great service and an outstanding breakfast. It was a little noisy in the mornings due to construction around the building but overall peaceful and convenient to local shopping and dining within walking distance.

I would recommend this hotel. The room was massive and the hotel entrance is very safe, secure and in a convenient neighbourhood. The room is a bit dated. However, the stand out is the staff who are very professional and excellent at suggesting places to eat and see. Marco and Serena were fundamental to my excellent stay. Due to their help, I booked a second stay a week later.

The hotel was convenient for sights & restaurants.
The decor is a bit tired.
We did have a big room which was good, but the bathroom, the shower cubicle in particular was small.
The staff were friendly and efficient.

Good stay with one issue
The service at Rezidenzia D’Aragona was lovely and they were very helpful. The location was very convenient and the room was comfortable and clean. The only problem was that the room smelled a bit nasty... I think it is the drains? While we acclimatized to it it was the only thing that let it down. Other than that it was great.

The Residenza D'Aragona was a comfortable, safe and very clean place to stay for me. The location was perfect, on a little side street close to everything a tourist wants to see. The staff were all kind, friendly and professional. The breakfast was good with very nice and kind staff who made a real effort to please everyone. There are lots of restaurants and bars and cafes near to this property. This property has units with a kitchen for anyone who needs to stay long term, the safe is also handy thing to have in a room. The staff arranged a driver to pick me up and drop me for a very early return flight. Both were reliable, friendly and on time. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again if I ever come back to Palermo which is a Great City.

Friendly good value hotel.
Residenza D’Aragona is small 4 star residenza as distinct from a 4 star hotel so it doesn’t have all the facilities you might expect at a hotel. We booked a superior room which was quite simply huge - a 4 star hotel would have described it as a suite. The bedroom was large by any standards and it had an equally large and well furnished sitting room complete with a comfortable chair and sofa. Both rooms had their own TV and were well serviced . Breakfast was adequate with no cooked option but the breakfast room was quite small and became crowded at times. The staff both in reception and the breakfast room were excellent - helpful and friendly.
The D’Aragona’s location is good. A 15 minute walk from the station and with a good variety of eating places a short walk away. It is also in easy reach of the historic centre of Palermo.
The Wifi offered was slow at times and the connection not always dependable - important to some people but not to us.
The only downside was that it is located in an area of Palermo with very narrow streets meaning that neighbouring buildings are very close at hand making the rooms dark - the sitting room particularly so. That being said I thought the D’Aragona represented great value for money.
