Once again we had the pleasure of staying a few days/nights at the wonderful hotel very close to Reberbahn - as always the check-in went fast, the staff was brilliant (check-in, bar, restaurant), the flowers ordered for the rooms very perfect, the deco is amaizing - truely a need to stay hotel in Hamburg!!!!!!!!

The room design is different, we liked it. We had a lovely garden view. We stayed on weeknights and the club/bar area was quiet. The days were very warm the last week of August, and the AC was adequate. Apparently most accommodations don't have AC, so we felt lucky. We walked everywhere from our hotel to see the sights. Train station close enough to walk, but Uber was easier! The location was ideal for us.

Hotel was amazing... only problem was, in the evening around the bar area i was told i could not wear shorts, even though it was so hot in hamburg during our stay and i was a guest staying at the hotel. I was made to go and change attire or i could not be around the bar. I have never experienced this before.

We asked for a quiet room prior to staying and they put us above the bar on our arrival on Friday evening. It’s quite a party bar which is fun when you are downstairs but not so much fun when trying to sleep. There was also a bad smell in the toilet from the drains and the AC wasn’t working. I went to complain and they said they had some problems in the hotel that day and this was the only room available so we had to stay there. The following day coming back from sightseeing in the afternoon we were stopped by a lady from reception who said she had another room available if we wanted to move to a quiet room, but our new room wouldn’t be available for at least another hour but she needed our room back so could we pack up and occupy ourselves for an hour - we declined as it just wasn’t convenient for us. We went up to our room, and we then couldn’t get in - the door lock had gone - they got maintenance out who said it would a 15 min job but it got to near 45 mins and i went to check and he said he would be some time as the complete mechanism had gone. So I went back to Reception who managed to get me another room (they did give us a voucher for the bar whilst we waited). So we ended in relocating to another room, where the AC didn’t work again! In a comedy of errors we then had a knock at the door and a dessert was delivered to us compliments of the hotel - the note with it was welcoming another guest back to the hotel - clearly not meant for us!

Inspirerende hotel med fremragende restaurant
Super godt hotel med en inspirerende, organisk indretning. Imødekommende, professionelt og venligt personale. Værelserne var rummelige men noget dunkle med sparsom belysning og meget mørke vægge. Desværre var vi placeret lige op ad en anden bygning så ingen udsigt og mest bare gardinerne rullet for pga. privatliv. Morgenmaden var fantastisk. Restaurant og bar var fremragende og godt besøgt.

Fedt hotel med lækker vibe. Lækker indretning. Værelset var rummeligt og lydisoleret. Baren er godt besøgt og restauranten serverer lækker mad. Det eneste man skal være opmærksom på, er at hotellets placering ikke er den bedste da området er lidt sketchy. Vi har overnattet der tidligere og kommer gerne igen.
