The Crowne Plaza Lyon Parc de la Tête d'Or is comfortable, clean, and the staff was very friendly. Beautiful location next to the river and the park. Only drawback is the closest store to buy water, snacks or anything is about a 20 min walk. It would be nice if the hotel had a little shop that sold little items like that.

Good hotel
everything was good except the first day in a room for wheelchair guests with no bath tub causing spilling of water in the whole WC. Next day the room was changed. Also metro station is almost 15-20 mins. walk from the hotel, but the hotel has nice view of the river, and clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful.
these WC rooms must be only against request, and not as a surprise for regular visitors

Upon early arrival,I asked that my medication be put in the refrigerator. There wasn’t a refrigerator in my room. When I went to retrieve bags, medication was on top of my luggage not the refrigerator. It was left out for 3 hours. Another employee kindly assisted and it was smooth sailing from there. Checkout was a breeze. He even gave me a coffee and snack to go.

Après 10h de route arrivés à la nuit tombante ne pas pouvoir se garer devant l hôtel pour décharger (barrières)et être obliger de prendre un parking qui ne dépend pas de l hôtel avec indications inexistantes à l intérieur pour retrouver l hôtel ??pas simple ni agréable ch convenable deco qui date un peu literie excellente restaurant très convenable et apprécié merci Mehdi pour sa gentillesse et son efficacité bien situé en face du parc de la tête d or possibilité de le traverser à pied pour se rendre ds le centre de Lyon pommes et verre eau ds le lobby un peu froid comme accueil !
