It was the perfect place for me to relax and refresh after a busy work day.Location is also perfect as it is on the yellow bys route.The office staff were very friendly, very helpful in providing me with all the necessary information to make my stay comfortable.True professionals

Very clean, spacious and quiet. Bus stop is less than a minute walk, frequent service. I didn’t receive Check-in instruction email with check-in code, but the staff was there to help me (9am-8pm only). Other local train stations are in walkable distance (15-20 min) if you don’t mind walking. Great value to stay in Bern.

I enjoyed my staying at this place. I needed a room and I received a tiny apartment. The only thing I didn't appreciate is the raw walls and the ceiling too. The quality in general is good but the inner walls are rough and rustic. I don't think this choice is connected with industrial design.

This is a very good priced hotel in Bern. The staff are very helpful and the room facility was great, a twin room with private wc/shower and useful kitchenette. Unfortunately the view was very industrial, and so quite noisy too. But the staff were so helpful when 1 of our party fell ill, they really went the extra mile! Thank you!
