Everything about my stay was great. The check in was simple. Dont use the app you will double charged! But the lady at the front desk got it taken ofd right away. The room is nice and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was good lots of choices there. The hotel really has everything you need if you dont want to leave. My only complaint would have to be elevators. There are not elevators to accommodate the huge number of guests that stay there and there can be a bit of a wait.

Excellent Stay
Very clean facility, staff was pleasant, rooms were delightful and happy hour is a nice touch. Omelette stations for breakfast were top notch

It was just ok
The front desk employees were very nice and welcoming. The room was nice, but it felt a little dated and not the “fresh” feeling I look for in a hotel. The bathrooms were ok but I felt could have been cleaner.

Great hotel for visiting Charlotte Motor Speedway
Great hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was really good, along with happy hour drinks. Perfect location for visiting all the nearby motorsport facilities and Charlotte.

Stay was good. Room was comfortable. Just found a few things lacking. The shower curtain was terribly creased. Looks like it had been wadded up and someone shook it out and hung it up- just not Embassy suites quality! The free breakfast was sub par. The eggs were tasteless. The cinnamon roll(I think) looked like it had been smushed and it was dry. Again just not the quality I remember associated with an Embassy Suites.
