Beautiful facility just blocks off the main Sonoma square. Very walkable and a great courtyard feel for each of the cottages. Perfect cozy escape after a day of winery’s, shopping and walking. Will definitely be back again! Loved the extra touch of local coffee and wine waiting for our arrival.

313 Bungalows-perfect Sonoma spot
Great spot. Very close to the square yet incredibly quiet. Cute decor. Only glitch was with Hotel.com who failed to forward the access information until the day we checked out. Owner was responsive to phone call with necessary check in email.

:Luna Bungalow
The venue in Sonoma was perfect - next door to hiking trails and eating options on Sonoma square. Our Luna bungalow had a private patio and there was a beautiful larger patio area around the corner nicely landscaped with a water fountain frequented by a humming bird. We spent 4 nights there, Thu - Sun, and there was construction going on that apparently will continue through Feb 2021. The construction was supposed to stop on the weekend; however there was a miscommunication and it continued on into Saturday. The manger did comp us one night for the inconvenience. There is no manager onsite, which was a problem for us because instructions as to how to open the front gate and how to access our Bungalow were sent to the wrong email address.Fortunately, that was quickly resolved. Inside the bungalow, the night lantern had old batteries that did not work and the instructions on how to use the Netflix option were incorrect. The manger came over Friday morning, talked to her tech person, and resolved that problem for us. One evening we ran out of hot water because the pilot lite for our unit went out - we emailed the manager. She did not respond so I called her the next morning and she then did get the problem resolved. So, in summary, the venue is beautiful but we give our stay a mixed review.

I’ve stayed at bungalow 313 twice before (both times in Luna), and this time in Bella. The property is unique and well kept with personal access codes and great communication. Both units I have stayed in are very homey; so nice for when you’re traveling for business! A kitchenette, orange juice and fresh ground coffee, fireplace, plenty of space and a comfortable bed. Nice touches like a bottle of wine and a wine tasting passport are also included but sadly I’ve not been able to take advantage of of it due to travel schedule. I’d love to come back and stay for personal pleasure as I’m sure it’s even more wonderful.

Bungalows
The Bungalows is a unique accommodation in a great setting and is extremely convenient. It was convenient and clean. The only challenge is the TVs in the two units we stayed in; one unit had 4 controllers and there were different cable services and the access to basic TV and movies was near impossible. Plus it took some time if at all for the management service to respond to queries.

Great spot at a great location, the only thing missing is a reception for service, didn't bother us one bit, but if you need a spot with that this is not for you.

Great Sonoma Escape
The bungalow was great! Location within walking distance of historic downtown. Greeted with bottle of wine. We had run of the place as no one else was there. Beautiful outside yard area with fire pit, awesome!

We had a lovely, albeit short, stay at Bungalows 313. We arrived very late (actually wee hours of the morning) and the staff, given advance notice, made arrangements which made our arrival quite easy and not a burden on anyone. The bungalow, as well as the central courtyard, was lovely.

Excellent location, super comfortable and romantic
Had a great stay. The bungalow "Bella" was super comfy and had a fireplace. Our stay in Sonoma had quite a bit of rain but the location was a very short walk to the downtown shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, etc. Lots to do in town and a great launching point for driving around Sonoma Valley and Napa Valley. And, there are some really good wineries to visit within 5 mins. Awesome stay. Will go back.

Comfortable stay in wine country
My husband and I spent 5 days at Bungalows 313 and were very pleased with our accommodations. The Bungalow was very spacious and had a new kitchen. There is plenty of free street parking. There was a nice courtyard along with a cozy backyard. The block is very quiet and peaceful and only two blocks from Sonoma Plaza. There was water and orange juice in the fridge and baked goods were left next to the door every morning. The Bungalow does need some renovating and updates but overall we had a great experience. We would recommend any couple seeking some quiet time to stay here.

6/10 Good

Beautiful, expensive, annoying
I picked this ($454/night) because it was walkable to town center and it looked romantic. The issues started days prior to check in. A management Co. rep called to tell me that they were going to charge an *extra* fee beyond the Hotels.com fee for using a credit card. I asked why and they said they always did that to cover their cc processing fee. I was left without a choice because there were no more rooms available near Sonoma that close to the arrival date. Of note – the final bill was what Hotels.com stated so apparently the Co. decided to honor their agreement. I informed the Co. that I would be arriving late. They were perplexed on how to handle that repeating that they were offsite and that the check-in hours were only until 9 PM. I asked them to keep the door unlocked and put the key in the room. The Co. did not leave a light on for me. So I was fumbling to get into the room. I later found out that the patio lights did not work. Was I supposed to pack a flashlight for a room that costs $458/night? The room/grounds were indeed lovely and look like it was renovated in the last 5 years. However, screens were missing on 3 of the windows. The TV remote did not work to turn on the TV or sound. Maintenance people decided that 7 AM on a Sunday would be a good time to make a racket behind our bungalow. If your idea of value for a romantic weekend is to spend a lot of money for a beautiful but annoying bungalow- this is the spot for you.
