We loved this hotel on a quiet leafy street, easy walking distance from the busy old town. Our junior suite was magnificent. Breakfast buffet was great. Best of all, every member of staff was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful, creating a very welcoming atmosphere in this well run hotel.

Hotel is really nice. Room that we had is very spacious and clean. The hotel location is very close to all the major plazza (piazza) in Genoa. We didn't have to ride the bus or taxi to visit the major sites. The hotel staff gave us a map, and we pretty much walk all the suggested places to visit. There is a market that is about 3min walk from the hotel. The staff are all nice as well. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you are visiting Genoa for the first time.

Amazing location, clean and the staff are amazingly helpful and try to make your stay special. Everything was amazing but after we had checked out and one of us had forgotten our cell phone in the room, they did drive it over to the train station and that’s going above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend Melia Genova!
We loved our room at beautiful Melia Genova. It was spacious with a lot of storage space, sitting area, desk, walk in closet and huge bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the staff were excellent. Everyone was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at Melia again!
