I checked in with the general manager and she was very nice and helpful. The rooms look just like the pictures on the website. I really liked that there was a soap dispenser in the bathroom. Someone even called me and asked how was my stay and not to many places would do that . I will definitely be back soon.

Didn't stay because my became ill. I try to cancel for another date, you'll wouldn't let us. We paid for insurance and you'll still wouldn't let change the date. This was our anniversary and my birthday outing. We just want to change the date and come after my husband feels better and to top that you'll wouldn't give us a refund either. The experience would have been great had someone actually been at the property to greet me... Check-in was from 3PM until 5 PM... which isn't a big window! I arrived in the parking at 4:52 PM... and NO ONE was in the office... I had to call someone to get my key card... it took over 1 hour for me to get a hold of someone... needless to say, I was not a happy camper
