This is the place to stay if your in Mexico City, all staff treat you very well. Amazing breakfast each morning, waiters Aurora and Jesus are the best. The higher up your room the less noise you hear from the city. You have many walkable places near by from shopping to dining. You can catch the city bus right in front of the hotel, which is one of the fastest transportation methods in the city. If I were to return to CDMX I would definitely stay here again.

Todo fue excelente menos 3 cosas
No nos gustó por 3 razones. 1. El showerhead del baño con manguera se zafó cuando lo iba a usar. 2. No tenia manera de poner el seguro en la puerta para salir a terraza. 3. Cuarto con terraza se ubica en 5to piso y solo podíamos ver otros edificios ( no vista de la ciudad) Aparte de eso, todo fue excelente.

It was okay overall. Toilet door was not there. Looks like there used to be one that came out and was not replaced. There was no body wash, shampoo etc in the shower room. Room temperature went below the temperature set on the AC in heat mode.
