I loved everything about this property. It was not off of the main road ((having a car is better)), so its quiet. If you see anyone, they are friendly and nice. I will definitely be staying here again. Extra bonuses is having access to the pool and gym. Theres a pool table and a ping pong table. I would recommend to famailies.

Great location that is only 20 minutes drive from Ocho Rios. Perfect proximity for excursions in the St Ann area. Very spacious property that was perfect for our family group of 6. Loving the cost since it works out cheaper than a hotel package for our group size. We had to purchase and prepare our own food but this makes it even more enjoyable. The pool area clean and the kids had endless splash about. The host was wonderful and quite responsive. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Perfect home for a family escape with easy access to pool and kids play area. The house was tastefully furnished and beautifully kept. Richmond estate is a very secure, modern scheme. Great location for sightseeing in St. Ann, and Ocho Rios. The property manager was very proffessional, with excellent communication skills and she ensured everything was in order and operated seamlessly. All instructions and directions were very clear and helpful.

The communication and instructions for this property need a major overhaul. I never stayed at or even the property due to the lack of communication. I would advise Expedia to discontinue doing business with properties and owners like this. Especially outside of the USA.

Getting in and out of the property was always difficult with the guards and took a long time. An alternate system that is less time consuming needs to be utilized. The smart house system needs to be serviced. Some of the systems did not work consistently, including the lights, fans, air conditioning units (even when the doors were closed) and TVs (which would randomly go off when watching.
