This property is incredibly run down. The rooms are downright disgusting. Stains on every piece of furniture, stains on bathroom walls, switch-plates dirty & sticky, and holes in shades on windows. The lobby looks ok at first glance-until you realize why they keep it dimly lit. All the couches and chairs are stained. The stone & cusions around the fireplace are water-ringed & stained.
Upon check in we were told we had 'unlimited in & out access' of the ramp-only to find out their system was 'down' and we were charged $34 every single time we entered & left the ramp. No apologies, nothing.
Also, the skywalk was closed more than it was open-maybe not the hotel's fault, but then stop advertising 'convenient skywalk access.'
This is our first and last time at this absolute dumpster fire of a hotel. There are FAR better options in downtown Minneapolis for more than half the cost of this run-down chaos.
