Hotel is nice, good breakfast, polite services, but extramly noisy (from outside and from other rooms too). Aircondition is like start of airplane, swimming pool is cold without any equipment. During the breakfast play music where singing about sh*ts and f*cking. So for young people it’s ok, but for families, no way.

I had the suite n my room faces directly on to the main street. When they advertise clubs n thai boxing it can get noisy. Room tv size is a bit small n analog cable has bad quality channels.

They are constantly trying to extort money while having a meal, if the sheet or the pillow gets dirty, they charge an exorbitant price for a new one, only hand out a body towel, and there is no possibility of an additional pillow even with an additional charge

Gute Lage, nicht weit von Strand. In der Nähe von Zentrum. Sehr harte Matratze. Boden ist unsauber,mit altem Schmutz. Staub wird nie abgewischt. Ich habe gefragt, dass sie Boden reinigen, aber es wurde nicht gemacht. Reinigungs- Mitarbeiterin nur Flecken eliminiert, die ich ihr gezeigt habe.

The hotel was clean and tidy, however, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the corridor was very echoey so the noise from other hotel guests doors opening and closing travelled down the hallway. Otherwise good location and close to the beach.

Book if you want to ruin your vacation
I would never book this hotel again, the worst overall experience, ruined my vacation. I booked a premier room, but there were some small bugs in the room, the mattress was very stiff, the tv is installed above the entrance in the bathroom and i hit it with my head (and I'm only 6 ft tall). On top of all that, the worst customer service; they said they are are allowing a friend to enter the room for 5 minutes to wait for me while i was changing only if i pay 1200 Baht. When i confronted the manager she said while she was smiling that i can give them bad reviews if i don't like it, that was the only comment. Don't book and destroy your vacation!

Worst experience by Front of Nora lake view hotel
I booked Nora lake view hotel The confirmation of Hotels.com says Nora lake view hotel. When I reached your hotel by taxi, the staffs immediately said “Full Book and go to another hotel before any question even no name. Then I found English confirmation and showed then they said.Address is wrong, you have to walk Nora floral! Then I found booking site made a mistake like “Name is lake view but address is Nora chaweng.” I tried to keep gentle attitude and asked to contact Nora Chaweng to find my booking, but firstly they refused and said,” you can walk check by yourself!. But google showed me 1.6 km distance and 20 minutes but my suitcase is 30kg! So that please contact Nora Chaweng to be helped with showing English confirmation. In mean while since I stressed a lot to the attitude of this front staffs, I asked Why don’t you help or be more friend at least, I don’t know your booking condition, but I paid already earlier than a week! But they complained “ i don’t Know you paid Hotels.com or Booking .com,you didn’t pay me!” Then I stopped talking with them. I have never seen this hotel kind of attitude by front staff in other hotel in the world.
