The top 2 hotels ever stayed at since we have been traveling for years. Highly recommended. Hotel offering the falls, can't really see the falls but the mist and river so a little disappointed there but the room is spectacular. Wife is loving the built in vanity for applying makeup. Poor hotel
The stay was mixed. The room and corridor smelt of smoke. Even though we had a no smoking room. We had a corner room with a jacuzzis, which don’t work. The room was poor we had hair in the shower and the poor flooring around the jacuzzis which cut my foot. When I told the receptionist they said sorry and that was it. Humm so customer service not the greatest. Our room didn’t get cleaned which again was disappointing plus very dated.

Hotel was huge. Food prices at the cafe was very expensive. Resort fee was too much and in my opinion, unnecessary. The location was ok and easy to find. Bathroom door was very heavy and wouldn’t stay open if you wanted it to.
