It was the most stressful time of my life checking into a hotel.
The day of me checking in the host never provide the info to check in, it was impossible to get hold of them. i tried and Expedia tried several, several times, Expedia offered to move me to another hotel twice. I was reluctant because i paid for it already. Once checked in, there was no hot water, other than that place looked ok. but overall, It was really bad experience.
Imagine sitting at 10:30pm in saudi airport not having a place to stay. i tried over 5 hours to get in touch with the host. WORST communication. They gave a phone number on Expedia site, that doesn't even exist
