Repeat stay disappointing
I have stayed here several times. The place is ok. The food is good and the food service people are great. I have had difficulty with the front desk agents in the past, but this time a guy named Alex was the worst check-in agent I have ever encountered at this hotel. Rude and condescending and a horrible listener (an important attribute when a multi lingual international hotel).

One night stay. Front receptionist was cold towards me when I checked in. Thankfully didn’t see her again durarion my stay. Room is okay. Breakfast option is okay but can taste fried food with fish odour. Possibly mix with seafood and vegetables in same oil. Important for vegetarians/vegans to know.

Check in took forever after a long flight. By the time we checked in the restaurant was closed and there was nothing to eat that was available except an emptied and busy emart. Realized the room service was still open for 10 minutes and called like 10 times and no answer. I called the front desk several times before finally getting a hold of someone who then contacted the person managing room service with a couple minutes to spare. The next day, the hotel hosted an event in the morning so food again was unavailable. Definitely was unhappy with the overall experience after a tiring flight. I probably would not stay here again.
