The space was nice enough until you looked a little closer. Definitely in need of some TLC. Some areas of concern were the kitchen tap was not attached to the counter and the freezer was completely iced up to the point he door would not close and un usable. Beyond that there was wet laundry in both the waster and dryer, not sure i should have to do the accommodations' laundry, by the way what does that pay???? The real kicker was there was no can opener in the kitchen??? ITS A KITCHEN! When i called they told be flat out they would not get me a can opener to go and purchase one if i needed it! Too bad as it could be great, just need a proper property manager a far better communication.
Faucet not attached.
Freezer unusable.

The property itself was fine, but the management/customer service here was terrible. Management apparently forgot I was booked and I had to stay elsewhere (a 15 minute walk away at 11PM in downtown Toronto) for the first night of my stay. Although this new unit was offered at no extra cost, that place did not have running water. When we finally DID get to check into our unit the next day, cleaning staff was still in our unit which caused us to leave our room unlocked while they finished cleaning and we went to work. Not secure for any party involved. Half way through our stay, the property manger contacted me asking if we were still in the unit, and asked when we would be back. They didn't explain why they needed to know this which made us worry that someone was attempting to enter the unit without us there. I will not be booking with this property again.

First off the photos are absolutely wrong, you are not staying in the room shown on the add. Second, the interaction to get our key was insane and honestly made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, thankfully I had my partner with me. The man that led us to our room informed us that our room actually did not have parking included so on top of an already overpriced stay for a room that was completely wrong I also had to pay $100 in parking. All but one elevator worked in the whole building, the garbage shoot is out of order and the bedding was horrible. I will absolutely never ever recommend this place. Complete and utter ripoff.

Great location to explore Toronto. Super comfy beds for a fab nights sleep but could maybe do with some new blinds to stop the morning sunshine coming in. Would recommend and definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Not Recommended
Our trip began badly as we were not sent the email requesting our passport details and a security deposit. Without these they will not give you details of how to enter the apartment. Our attempts to request this email before flying were ignored. So upon landing at Toronto we tried to ring the agents. This met with some success in that they did answer the phone. We ended up having to photograph our passports in the airport and WhatsApp them to the agents. After all this we still did NOT receive entry details and communication dried up. We decided to make our way to the apartment and try again. Eventually we got an answer that our details and deposit were acceptable and entry details were forthcoming. The apartment is generally a disappointment. The cleanliness is only skin deep. Fresh sheets on the beds, but that is about it. The oven had the remains of the previous occupants pizza stuck to the shelf, fridge and microwave equally dirty. These we cleaned ourselves. Top of the fridge covered in dirt so thick you can write your name in it. This we left. The dishwasher had so much food debris in the bottom we chose to wash by hand. If you run the dishwasher it leaks water. Television remote had no batteries in it. Blinds on the windows were missing a number of slats. The balcony floor is bare concrete. The photos in the advert are NOT from this apartment.

It was a great spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment but the place needs alot of work and it is not the same unit as in the pictures. Very cheap rugs have been layed to hide the missing pieces of flooring. New paint is needed no face clothes worse thing was that there was no top sheet on either of the beds.

Poor communication on accessing our rental. Hard to understand. No response on wiifii problems and lack of cables for the rocu. Blinds smashed and missing. Room clean and spacious. Close to everything we wanted. Leaving was well explained and easy. Will judge how quickly the deposit returns.

I have no clue how to start … it went south from the get go. So many things happened, moldy sugar , busted floor ( I tripped on it and broke my toe). No toilet paper , greasy prints on the microwave. They gave me a fab that stopped working, so as I was trying to leave I could not access the elevator to go up or down, or to get to the garage to retrieve my car. The help line was anything but … t5 calls and over an hour on the phone, at one point I was asked to go to a store and buy a battery for the faub( which is ridiculous! But even if I would I couldn’t because the screw was rusted and stripped.if you had a -10 review it wouldn’t be enough. My trip was completely ruined . And I did not get to do the things I came for . I would like someone to contact me.

Avoid- this is a scam- we booked RS Boutique suites as the place was central location and not too high of a building 20 floors max when we had a child travelling with us - instead we ended up being with Bay Suites - received terrible customer service costing me £27 to phone Expedia to find out what was going on- then not being able to check in until 5pm and having to meet a stranger outside an ATM to be taken to a completely different property 47 floors high- there was no net over the door meaning we couldn't leave the patio door open. The apartment was small and nothing similar to the pictures on the room selection. Air con didn't work either and the apparent. Could be doing with a paint and a proper clean .Would never book with Expedia or RS Boutique/bay suites again and the service from Expedia was also shocking!

The communication to access the property was not sent timely. I had to call 3 times requesting it. Finally shared after calling after checkin time passed. Also, standard checkin at 5 pm is late. Can pay extra to checkin early. Locating the parking spot was challenging, signs in the parking area were very unclear!! Nice that parking was included. Space was nice. Thermostat seemed to override/reset. It was too hot! use of fob was unclear for parking & elevators it is required. I won’t stay here again although now I know the tips that should have been shared /communicated well before checkin time. People don’t want to have to call at checkin time. They want to be prepared, especially when traveling to a different country. Checkin & parking should not be such a hassle! The info for access could have easily been sent sooner & could have been more clear.
