The staff are nice. The rooms are a little bit dingy, but nothing terrible. What made me never want to stay here again is this: I cut myself shaving. I got a little blood on the towels. Not hemorrhaging, a little bit of blood. This happens at every hotel in the world. Only this place, though, charged me USD 10 to clean some blood on their unremarkable towels. It’s a scam, and I would not trust this place again.

Laundry service was quick and easy. Kennedy Park was an easy walk from the hotel. The hotel is located in the quiet part of the area but was safe to walk at night. But one of the faucets in the shower fell off so I had to fix it myself. WiFi was great. Staff was great. View not so great

The friendliest most accommodating staff, excelente service. Very good breakfast and clean, walking distance from most attractions. Good memories of Javier, Dante, Gilbert, Beatriz, Nichole . Most definitely will go back on our next trip.
