Heating and ac unit making a loud noise
I was moved from a king to 2 queens which was ok but the heat and ac unit made a really loud noise even when it was turned off. The hotel was full so I was stuck and did not get a good nights rest

Stay was ok , rooms were very small for the price you pay, no closet , no space for clothes , hardly could live around in the room .

Front lobby was a mess - checked in at 8 pm the front customer service clerk was sitting down in the lobby scrolling - baseball teams running all over - adults smoking blunts on back patio - left my ID up front they can not tell me if they mailed it after talking to the same rude unhelpful person the first two days of the following week will make a trip back to get it . The breakfast was stale Customer service is the worst
