Fancy room but noisy
It is a spacious and clean apartment. But there was no proper insulation from the windows (enkel glas), and a lot of cars drive there so it was very noisy. Also the heating/airco system was confusing and not very sustainable.

Great location, beautiful comfortable room, helpful staff when phoned. I would definitely return. However 2 comments, although there is a kitchen in the room, the cooking amenities/utensils was limited. 1 breakfast plate, 1 cake plate and 1 tea cup plate is limited for 2 people. No cooking utensils.There is no staff on sight after 11am. Everything is self check in and out. Made the experience less personal.

Wij verbleven in de Jacob balcony suite, voor de prijs per nacht heb je een heel luxe ppartement tot je beschikking voor max 4 pers. Alles is heel ruim. Slaapbank (staat in woongedeelte) is kingsize en keurig opgemaakt alleen is het matras aan de harde kant. Natuurlijk geen probleem als je daarvan houd. Keuken is compleet ingericht en netjes. Er zijn geen receptiemedewerkers in het pand aanwezig maar goed telefonisch bereikbaar. Spreek je liever iemand persoonlijk kan je op maar op 5 min loopafstand bij the Duke terecht. Al met al is dit hotel zeker een aanrader, zeer tevreden.
