Quaint and cozy condo but.......
The property itself is outdated and needs repair, the room was quaint and cozy, loved the extra touches to the decor. What was really disappointing : All the amenities were closed and to get to the beach you had to take a long walk to the other side of parking garage which was also closed. The front lobby staff were rarely there and a young blond lady was extremely rude and unhelpful. Out of the three elevators only 2 worked.could not use indoor pool and exercise room, not a available to guests, the 2 outdoor pools destroyed due to hurricane, no restaurants or bar open, the parking lot adjacent to the property is inconvenient for guests to get back to hotel. Lobby carts were never available.
