One of the highlights of my stay was the spa area. After a day exploring the stunning surroundings, it provided the perfect escape—tranquil, rejuvenating, and wonderfully maintained. An hour there felt like an instant recharge. Great location, wonderful service and very clean and modern room. Breakfast is amazing, a la carte service included. Quite expensive for what you get, likely because there is less selection for this quality in Cortina. No air conditioning, which is unacceptable for a property this expensive and they promote that it has - required sleeping with the windows open and since the hotel is on a busy street this meant sleeping was terrible.

We didnt choose a great time of year to come as the snow was running out but this hotel has to be the best in town. Rooms are great where the neighboring doors dont slam. Great spa, restaurant, and shuttles to the lift. The best part had to be the staff. Each of them were truly amazing.
