Comfortable stay
The Nook was exceptionally clean and everything looked as if it were never used before. The kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were comfortable and a smart tv in room meant I could relax and watch a movie. It was only 15 minute walk to town. The place itself was a bit hard to find. Google maps were sending me close but I eventually had to ask a local where Alexander road was.

Huge comfortable bed and a large light room. Everything was so clean and it was nice and quiet. Would definitely return!

A nice property, bit of a climb to get to but St Ives is very hilly. Good facilities, nice property, clean but walls are a little thin

Would stay again, only downside was door fits, other guests appeared to need xtr force to close them, Kitchen and communal idea a great one.

6/10 Good

The Nook is in a great location and it is easy to get into the centre of St Ives and visit the beaches. The rooms are clean and a good size. The downside is the parking and the paper thin walls. The parking available would be fine if The Nook made it clearer to guest that if there is no parking available, then you will need to park on the road. During my stay the car park was full everyday and other guests were parking everywhere, making it very difficult to get in and out of the car parking spaces. Unfortunately, where I stayed on the 1st floor in the middle of the building, I could hear other guests in their room, even down to noises coming from my neighbours bathroom, which wasn't that pleasant! Which is a shame as overall the place is clean/tidy/decent size room and in a good location, but it feels like there isn't a lot of privacy.

Exceptionally clean room, but unfortunately number nine is really a very small room and probably only suitable for a single bed. The mirror in the bedroom has a small shelf which is really dangerous as a sharp corner is sticking out. The kitchen facilities were really good and has everything you could need, would return, but would make sure we had a bigger room.
