Great Hotel - Terrible Price
The hotel itself was lovely and the staff were amazingly helpful, however, the price was €283 which I believe was a total rip off. I was forced to pay it as it was my only option but I won’t be choosing Ibis again in the future due to their greedy habits.

Great stay for nearby meeting
Convenient location for nearby convention center. Our daily breakfasts were outstanding. Lots of variety and delicious. Wonderful staff in all areas. Friendly, helpful, and efficient. Nearby shopping mall, restaurants, and Metro were so nice. I also liked the decor - interesting and yet not too contrived.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beautiful, but scrambled eggs could be cooked longer. Everywhere was clean. I would definitely go back.

Fine - but not great.
Great location when going to Ahoy arena. Room had disgusting wet stains on the wall and floor as well, so floor was not washed. Brown stains on baseboard in wi dow and up the curtains. My socks were wet from walking on the carpet near the sports on wall. No toiletbrush and no fridge. All in all fine when you just need a place to sleep, but that’s it. Breakfast was nice, you need to reserve the day before which can be challenging when staying there for a night event. Not soundproof; could hear neighbours doors slamming as they are very heavy. Could also hear footsteps from above, so difficult to fall a sleep during the day.

Fine for a few nights
Perfectly fine hotel built in a car park next to Ahoy venue. The walls do move when doors close. The staff seemed over whelmed at breakfast when it was very busy, with a lackmof tables being cleared and food running out. On arrival, reception was unstaffed as she was outside having a cigarette. Room was ok and quiet. Food reasonably priced.

i liked that hotel was new.However, it was still under construction and it was very annoying to be listening to the drills. Also, the. door was shaking all the time as there was like a wind tunnel effect current within the aisle. It did not feel safe. The water glasses were not changed and the receptionist upon arrival was really rude as she didn't want to give me the key to my room until i pay some kind of tax, which I believe was included in the price. She didn't even give me the chance to speak to anyone in Expedia to clarify the situation. I paid the amount but found the situation extremely embarrassing.

Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble. Par mesure d’éco-responsabilité et de sécurité, nous avions refusé le service ménage durant tout la durée de notre séjour. Nous pensions être en sécurité jusqu’au moment où nous nous sommes rendus compte que notre ordinateur, son chargeur ainsi que notre tablette avait disparu. Ils étaient rangés dans un sac fermé avec un autre ordinateur. Ce dernier n’a pas été volé puisqu’il est crypté par l’État Français. Précision : le sac est resté dans notre chambre durant toute la durée de notre séjour. Personne d’autre que nous devait avoir accès à la chambre, or cela n’a pas été respecté. Le personnel se dédouane de toute responsabilité, ne répond pas aux questions posées, ne veulent pas nous transmettre les horaires d’ouverture de notre chambre, ne veulent pas exploiter les cameras de surveillance… en raison de la présence un mini coffre-fort dans la chambre. Est ce qu’un ordinateur de 16 pouces rentre dans 20 cm carré ?? Tout est dans le paraître, quartier non fréquentable. Nous tenons tout de même à remercier la seule personne de l’établissement parlant le français.
