Great location!! Cheap stay, in a cheap hotel. The toilet was a good 5 steps from my room which inside had a shower and sink. Smelled ok, bed is a sinking but still works well enough. Got towels from the front desk and I was set. Other people there were extremely quite and Id stay here again. Abundant roadside parking, casual and seedy restaurants, mysic venues and bars close by.

There was a massive crack in the tile in the bathroom, the sink faucet sprayed off to the side and soaked the toilet, the toilet paper was the thinnest I have ever used, the door chain was broken so I didn't feel very safe. I booked a room with one bed and was given one with two and was told "as long as you don't use the second bed you will be fine." And there was ants crawling in the corner. The man who checked me in gave me a bottle of water that tasted funny, and the man who checked me out the next day barely said a word to me.

This hotel is a total dump. We picked it without reading reviews. It is well located for the trip we were doing, but frankly, the hotel was a downer for the trip. The mattresses were coming directly from garbage: Finished!
This is just on pick of the dilapidated walls.
Mattresses completely finished... A shame!
Shower stall hasn't been cleaned for years.
Dust dust and dust. I don't have enough photo to upload: behind the TV there is at least a centimetre of dust.

While the hotel lacked curb appeal, the rooms were adequate for an affordable city-break. The staff member who initially greeted us did appear confrontational at first, but warmed up when he realised we had made an advanced booking. The member of staff who served us the next day was very nice and allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel after check out, so we weren't carrying them around the city. The hotel is in a good area for exploring Montreal

Ehh. Its a room
Well … you get what you pay for. Towels like sandpaper. Bathroom so small u cant turn around. Air condition can only be used with curtain open. Floor sloped. But all in all it was a room. A littke further from St Catherine than i thought bit safe

It was fine. I appreciate that the front desk staff stayed up for our very late check-in but should try changing it online because some places said it was 24hr front desk. Rooms were clean, and beds were hard. Overall was not a bad experience, but I would consider other options next time.

A lot of noise
When I arrived I was given a room where the door didn't lock and the room was very old so I went downstairs and asked to change rooms and they gave me another room that was cleaner and had new windows. On the first two nights there was a lot of noise coming from the upstairs bedroom, people would drop heavy things in the middle of the night and the floor made a lot of noise and the person in the upstairs bedroom would always go to the bathroom all night walking like a elephant. In addition there was a couple fighting that happened on the second day in the early hours of the morning. My advice is, pay a little more and get more comfort and a noise-free room.
