NO BREAKFAST NO PARKING SUCKS
The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. However, the one thing that I disliked was you need to pay for parking which I've stayed at other hotels in Orlando around Disney and they always include parking. In the same note the stay did not include breakfast. This was a first at any hotel that breakfast was not included. Other than that staff was kind but the amenities were sub-par.

Deceptive and disappointing
Ill keep it short and to the point. Disappointing and below standards for a Hilton. 1) The "FREE shuttle" to Disney is a joke. Only goes twice a day and at horrible times. 2) AC did not work and the lights in the room are VERY low watt bulbs making the room VERY DARK. Not enough parking. 3) Breakfast is small and poor choices. 4) Not enough parking and you have to pay to park. 5) Only one front desk person ( a young man) seems to know anything. Everyone else just answers " I dont know". This is Not Hilton standards

Nice location, but the spirit airlines of hotels
I did not appreciate being told I had to pay $30 for parking at a hotel I was already paying for. The mattresses need to be replaced as they are dented from use, the showers handle was broken, the head was separated from the wall. Overall very disappointing

A Quick Pre-christmas retreat
We spent a couple nights here to experience Magical Christmas and checkout some of the resorts. Hotel was fine, the only issue I had was parking, not well lit and there are so many hotels jammed together. The only had two handicap parking spots.

Basic hotel stay
Only stayed one night and it was fine. Just a regular hotel stay. The AC unit was loose off the wall and wouldn’t turn on but after pushing it back on the AC functioned, not a big deal. Housekeeping starts banging on your door at 9 am even though checkout isn’t until 11am. I told them we will be out by 11 and they came back at 10 am asking us how much longer until we leave . So that was annoying .

This was a quick weekend trip to Disney with my kids, so the hotel served its purpose as just a place to sleep. I thought the $130 a night was reasonable, but then was disappointed to find out at check-in that I had to pay for parking, $27 a night. Since when did paying for parking become a thing at a hotel? I think it’s embarrassing for a hotel to have to charge their “guests” to park their car. What’s next? Charge for towels? Perhaps charge every time you flush the toilet? Maybe they’ll start charging us every time we go up and down the elevator. Ridiculous. I guess from now on when I search for hotels, I have to look for the ones that have free parking.
