Sent email when bookung room , months before stay .adking to be sure we could have a ground floor. We have a service dog who freaks out in elevators..We cannot climb stairs NEVER received a reply , had hotels. com call .still could not give a definite answer .ive stsyed at this hotel 5 yrs in a row. I dont understand how some can assign a room and others choose to play a waiting game ..just goes to show you higher end hotels are the way to go .Necer had an issue there .
They did give us a ground floor room , however if they had not it would of been too late to cancel and we would of paid for a room we couldn't get to .
