Host communicated well. Property manager was not very pleasant to deal with. States “Family Friendly” that is not the case. Check-in was at 3pm. Took our kids to the pool. We were told they couldn’t laugh, jump in, talk loud or get the pool deck wet. That quiet hours for the pool starts at 6pm! Fan in the living room didn’t work. AC in master bedroom worked somewhat. Cameras on the balcony which we felt was invasive to our privacy. Called to speak with owner when the incident with property manager arised was unable to get ahold of anyone. Spoke with owner following morning. They made light of the situation. Not a very comforting feeling.

Slumlord investor
Extremely hot for couch surfing 70 year old. We requested that owner give management company approval to pick up a standing fan. Presumed we did not know how to open the Place for Cross breeze. I cannot imagine being in this place come summertime. Ours was April. TV was not working. Owner only seemed concerned to have the feedback to know what needed done before he arrived for his stay! Did not make sure we were comfortable. Roaches were crawling from here to there. Wear walking shoes as the place has dusty floors. Toilet paper was not as agreed. Location is good. Pool is fantastic but noisy with kids!

not a good place!
check in was terrible, we stayed at unit three-ten. it took us almost 2 hr to check in, got so many emails from the property manager, booking support, hotels_com, asking for pre-checking, lease agreement, etc. and at the end did not get the access code, had to call several ppl to finally get the access code, a lot of redundancy, giving the same info several times. The unit was VERY dirty, so many cockroaches, it was disgusting, dirty clothes in the washer when we checked in.

The location of property is quite perfect, the beach is across the street, plenty of places to check out and eat, food trucks nearby it was quite pleasant. The condo itself is nice ample space for guests to sit and each, hang out by the patio, we appreciated the beach gear so that was a plus. The only issue we were unaware was we came across roaches inside of the property, the absolute worst was in the kitchen, roaches both tiny and small, also found some in the living room and main bathroom. That was honestly the only downside, and inconvenience since we had to clean every single day with soap and rewash every dish we wanted to use. We had brought in food to cook and at the sight of soooo many roaches, I communicated this the same night we arrived; whilst providing evidence and was only told they would reach out to pest control, my party was just not at all happy, and was offered nothing else. The furniture is dingy, and dirty, I wouldn't sleep on the pull out bed. The beds are quite comfortable and the linens were clean, water pressure is nice, and the closeness to the beach was ultimately what drove us to pick this spot. I'm sure if the roach situation is handled I'd consider staying again but would rather not.
