This is a newer property convenient to Redstone Arsenal. It is clean and the staff very friendly. Parking was easy and the area felt very safe. There are very few dining options for dinner close to this hotel.

Like that the property is well keot, clean and quiet. I will certainly be staying everytime I come to Huntsville. The staff was very kind from the front desk and housekeeping. Very safe place. Beds were comfortable. I slept well. Looking forward to coming again. Very grateful I found this hotel.

The facility is nice overall, but our bathroom was clearly not cleaned with a big hairball in the bathtub and on the floor. The pool was very loud and crowded with kids climbing/running all over the hot tub/pool deck. It seemed parents were not watching their children.

The property was fantastic! Very clean, great atmosphere. I would give a full 5 star rating except for 2 issues: 1) I scheduled this property through Expedia, and paid for the stay on line. When I arrived at the property, the night clerk asked for a credit card, which I assumed was for "incidentals". However, my card was charged 2x by the hotel for the full price of the room, for a total of 3 charges including what I paid online. I discovered this before even stepping foot in the room. Only one charge was reversed, despite the confirmation of the clerk that this was done. I called the next day to have the 2nd charge reversed. That was 5 days ago, and the charge is still on my statement. 2) The surrounding area is brand new- there are not many options for dining, coffee, etc, but I'm sure that will change.
