The hotel is perfectly located away from the noise and activity of downtown Tulum and bustling hotel area, but a quick and easy drive to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. This is a very beautiful hotel. Here you feel like Jazmin -- the princess of Aladdin~ :D I love it, in the middle of the jungle, isolated from other things, with a private pool. The room for me is apt for individuals or couple, but not when you travel with friends as the shower is "open" to the room. If you take turns and that other people doesn't get into the room, but stay in the pool area it is ok. This hotel is not very far away from Tulum (Only 6km), however, the taxi will charge you 200 pesos to 350 pesos to get there. You can take a combi there, and tell the driver to leave you 100 meters before the Cenote Cristal.

My stay was so comfortable and pleasant! It is a very quiet location perfect for rest and rejuvenation. The hotel is also far enough from the busyness of downtown Tulum, but not a far drive away. I loved the feel of simplicity, the aesthetics, luxury feel of the hotel. I enjoyed the villa! Very nice. Very nice staff. Danny and Giselle were very helpful in recommending and supporting during my stay. The room's pool was very nice too. I hope to stay there again.

Great place and the rooms are very nice. The amenities were over priced and the staff was great but they are there for their job and nothing more. Meaning they are friendly but they don’t go above and beyond, like carrying your luggage. I only mention this is because they asked for a tip and all they did was their job. Tips, in my opinion are earned. But over all the rooms are very nice and private.
