The staff training was poor. The front desk was friendly but needed to check the manager for each request, making it slow. I rang guest services on 9, and it was not answered. There was no ringback. I tried several times, and the call went unanswered each time. I left it open to the bank music for a long time, and it was unanswered. At check-out time, the staff knocked on the door. I opened the door to house cleaning, still within check out times. The coffee-making facility was unusual, with a fiddly packet filter style. The capsules are easier, particularly in the early morning.
