Overall a cute and unique experience for a nigh. 3 nights was too much. 1 or 2 nights is plenty for Guatape in general. I wish there was a bit more covered area for when it rained to eat under. The hot tub was only warm not hot.

This place is AMAZING!! It was breath taking. Our cabin was spectacular. Quite. Safe. Definitely breathtaking. The front desk girl. Luis our service person. They have 3 dogs in this place and they are soo soo friendly. I recommend this place to anyone. We were here for just one night. But we will be back.

Reserve una habitación con vista al lago, al hacer el check in me informaron que no tenían habitaciones con vista al lago a pesar que en la descripción de la misma estaba especificada esta característica. Para mí el objetivo del viaje era amanecer teniendo esa vista, al informar que no aceptaba la habitación, la amabilidad del personal cambia a hostilidad y tuvimos que esperar más de 1 hora y comunicarnos con la app para que nos hicieran el reembolso.

Veldig koselig sted, skikkelig langt ute i skogen. Det som ble plagsomt for oss i vår hytte var en liten spurv som vekket oss kl 06.00 hver morgen ved å hakke på kledningen rett over sengen. Ut over dette var oppholdet veldig bra

Algunos detalles.
El lugar es increíble, solo hace falta poner atención en algunos detalles como comunicación entre el huésped y el lobby por que escribes y no contestan y mi habitación no tenía una cafetera ni donde calentar agua al menos y eso si lo ofrecen, la puerta está caída y cuesta trabajo cerrarla. En fin algunos pequeños detalles para mi gusto. Pero en general el lugar esta increíble

Excelente servicio e instalaciones, el crew se esfuerza mucho para que te lo pases d ello mejor, sin duda reserven y si pueden quédense más de un día o disfruten del tiempo completo desde el check in hasta el check out dentro del lugar

El lugar es precioso, la instalación ya se ven muy deteriorada Desde la burbuja, los cierres y lo ya muy vieja, los cierres no tenían tiradores, uno de ellos solo un lazito. En general todo ya muy descuidado. Los exteriores (naturaleza) muy bonito, si te desconectas. Valdría la pena una remodelación.
