작고 아담한 호텔. 세탁기와 인덕션, 싱크대 등이 있었으나 조리, 식기 도구가 전혀 없어 쓸수는 없음. 원룸과 호텔이 건너건너 있어 입주민과 마주할 가능성이 크고, 맞은편에 큰 건물이 있어 창문을 열면 내 객실의 내부가 다 보이게 됨. 2층 계단은 매우 협소해서 조심히 올라가야함.
