Not as advertised
The free breakfast they advertise does not exist and has not for a while. Getting there as late as I did, there was not option for food (Uber eats never has any drivers) and the hotel has nothing available. It was mostly clean and comfortable but I chose this location because they advertised free breakfast and they did not have it.

This was possibly the worst stay ever. Not enough staff to support in all general areas. At night, the people are not at the front desk. They say there is shuttle to the airport but that was not true and because of that, I missed my flight. Only good thing was the food and the lady serving the food. I honestly believe my stay should be refunded for how many faulty things I experienced at this hotel.

What happen that one of the staff members got into our room at 4:30am looking for a place to crash this is one of the worst things I've ever happened to us seen since I stay in I a hotels over my life. I won't recommend it.

The staff was amazing but on Sunday there was only 1 employee running between City Express and City Express Suites. There was no food prepared on Sunday. It was difficult to get transportation and no food delivery. This should be in the description. There was no one to drive the shuttles. The hotel had to pay an Uber to get to the airport. There was no phone available in the room.

Three hotel was perfect for catching an early flight and the price was fair. The reason for the bad review is that there was basically nothing in the room that you would just expect to be available. There was no remote for the TV (had to call twice for it), no towels in the restroom, there was an ironing board but no iron (called for it and never got it). Also, the description said there was room service but it’s really just you having to look up some service and asking for delivery from the restaurants in the area. The water pressure on the sink was crazy, if you open it just regular it will splash all over you because it comes out with so much pressure. But on the other hand the water pressure in the shower is great. The airport is 5 minutes away.

I reserved this hotel because it advertised shuttle service to airport but when I got there I was told that they were not offering this service. AC unit was not working in the room and I was told someone would come to check it out. After waiting for over 20 minutes nobody showed up so I had to go down to ask about it again. I was transferred to another room, only to find out that the refrigerator was not working on that one. There was a lot of noise from other rooms and had to complain to staff in person and by phone. Staff was not helpful and basically told me to put up with all of it.
