Clean bed, room, and hot water, one minute walk from the Consettur bus station. Excellent staff taking care of our overnight bag and preparing a great bagged breakfast since we were leaving at 0500.

A clean, warm place to stay. Hosts had a packed breakfast ready for us the night before our early morning Machu Picchu visit and then a nice breakfast in the restaurant for us the second day. Hotel is perfectly located for the MP bus station. Only real issue was the hallway lights shining into the room and noise from the hallway, otherwise basic, but very comfortable.

Em Aguas Calientes há diversos hotéis neste estilo, bem simples e para estadias curtas. Para a estadia de 1 dia antes de ir a Machu Picchu, achei que atendeu. O quarto era bem simples, o banheiro também mas ok para o que precisava. Poderia ser mais reservado no som e também ser mais escuro. O café da manhã era simples mas também estava ok pelo custo.A localização era ótima para pegar o ônibus a Machu PIcchu.E rápida para retirar as bagagens antes de pegar o trem de volta.

O quarto não estava de acordo com o que eu fechei pelo site. A cama não era queen e não tinha ar condicionado. O quarto em questão não estava em nenhuma foto, foi bem abaixo das fotos que estão no site. Como eu estava muito cansada da viagem, não reclamei na hora, preferi deixar pra lá. A recepção não era 24h, como tem um restaurante embaixo, o dono fica mais presente por lá. Dificilmente responde as mensagens no WhatsApp. Acho que poderiam ser honestos nas fotos, não seria o problema como não foi a falta de ar condicionado, só acho que precisam ser claros no que oferecem, dessa maneira as pessoas não se frustram ao chegar.

Accueil très sympathique, hôtel idéalement placé pour visiter le machupicchu, ville très dynamique (restaurants/massages/hotels/bars… très touristiques vu la situation géographique mais prix abordables dans l’ensemble. Chambre confortable. Eau chaude un peu capricieuse mais nous avons été prévenus et rien de catastrophique non plus. Petit déjeuner copieux préparé à emporter vu l’heure de départ pour la visite et cadeau de bienvenu! Je recommande cet hôtel.

Trevlig ställe mitt i smeten! Gubben i receptionen kunde knappt engelska men var så hjälpsam och ville oss väl! God och mycket frukost fick vi med oss samma morgon som vi skulle upp till MP. Den ”vanliga frukosten” var som en amerikansk frukost med med lite extra.
