The two bedroom was great. We needed a rollaway bed and it was promptly delivered: thanks! I think my only gripe is that there was no couch in the living room- just two chairs. For a place with two bedrooms you’d assume you’d more seating than two chairs?

Super place. 2 bedroom apartment. Patio, bbq, laundry, kitchen, living room etc. Bar and restaurant close by. 2 swimming pools. Food good, staff good. WiFi didn't extend to apartment but not end of world. Overall great.

Had a two bedroom unit self contained unit with your own personal bbq. Washing machine and dryer. All amenities provided. Pool area close to units. Towels provided for pool. Would certainly stay there again. Most enjoyable stay

Overall good accomodation, everything working. Very loud Friday night with band playing. 2nd night a cockroach crawled over my face while sleeping. Baby cockroaches found throughout. We were given spray when asked.

This is a basic three star hotel right in the centre of Exmouth, only a 4-5 min walk from town centre. Large grounds which are a bit run down but functional. Pros: unbeatable location convenient to town centre and grocery shopping, cafes, brewery, restaurants etc; range of accommodation from shared dorm rooms to two bedroom apartments. I had twin room( queen bed plus single bed)-mattress was clean and comfortable, room was spacious and had microwave, toaster, kettle, basic crockery and cutlery. Older style decor of room but Bathroom was modern and spacious. Great shower! Staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient. Two pools on main grounds( larger one at bistro bar area and smaller quiet one near 2br apartments). Laundry on site in dorm building. Beer garden, modern bistro and bottle shop all on-site. Food trucks just outside the property on the Fri/sat/sun I was there for additional quick dinner options. Cons: biggest negative was lack of wifi in rooms. Wifi only available in pool/bar/bistro area where there is often loud music playing, so not ideal. Other negatives: no breakfast on site; no safe in room for valuables; rooms not serviced; basic older style keyed door lock which didn’t feel very secure. Overall, there are nicer places to stay, but you can’t beat the convenient location. If you are just looking for somewhere to sleep at night it is fine. Please get wifi in the rooms Potshot!

Disappointing stay
This hotel is very basic with motel like amenities. Many of the rooms are adjacent to a hotel bar where on the weekend the music makes it really impossible to sleep until late at night when it stops. Found flies, moths, lizard in my room as well. Staff service is mediocre. On top of this, the prices are not very low. Unfortunate that Exmouth doesn’t have more competition because these guys would have to lower the price or shape up.
