Annoying habit of some selfish tourists
It is a great hotel to stay in, with everything on one level, BUT even though there are more than enough sunbeds for everyone, and it is explicitly stated in the "pool rules" that it is not allowed to occupy sunbeds, there are still many people who get up early in the morning and put towels on the sunbeds, then dive up well into the morning.

It was terribly disappointing. The bed was absolutely awful. There were flies in the room, small little flies, smaller than housefly. It certainly did not tell us that it was a predominantly German establishment, and the people were not terribly friendly at all towards us. When we raised our issue about the room and the lack of comfort and noise until late into the night, the staff were not even apologetic about it, like they had been down this road many times before. They simply said thank you for the key. I ended up paying for three days, and only stayed for one, we checked into another hotel for the remainder of our few days in Pattaya. I certainly would never recommend this to anyone I know. They really need to get an exterminator in there.
