Amazing stay.
My stay at your hotel was an excellent stay and it met my expectations. I loved it and I do highly recommend it to the world and yes I will come back again and definitely stay with this hotel. The Hotel was conveniently located, the food was awesome, The staff was above and beyond excellent” Mr Sony did a fantastic service for us buy ordering some soul food “chicken” which was Vietnamese style. Kate and all the other staff members, thank you so much for a fantastic first time experience in beautiful Vietnam.

Exceptional experience
The best hospitality we’ve ever experienced. Sun went above and beyond with our accommodations and even sent us a list of recommendations after she was off work. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. They packed us breakfast to go for our journey to Sapa at 6am. The service from everyone was exceptional. Couldn’t be happier to have chosen this hotel for our first time in Hanoi.

Best hotel in Hanoi!
Amazing experience staying at Minerva in a great location. Staff were so incredibly welcoming and helpful, including complimentary extras, great local advice and even looking after our luggage after checking out for an additional 2 day. The hotel restaurant Cocinia has recently opened for dinner service and is absolutely fantastic. Definitely will be returning the next time I am in Hanoi.

Favourite Hotel in Hanoi
This hotel only opened a few weeks ago but it was the best hotel we've been to in Hanoi. We've been hotel hopping as we are travelling around north Vietnam and Minerva Premium Hotel had excellent service. From the friendliest and most accommodating staff as soon as you walk in and leave the door, to the most tastiest breakfast options in the sky dining hall. Their rooms are super clean, modern, and chic with wide spaces for comfort. They have a great location within the old quarter and give local suggestions of things to see and try. We had a late flight and they have shower facilities after check out. All the staff were helpful, exemplary and cheerful, most especially Kate at reception.

還暦祝いの旅行ということで娘がベトナムに連れて行ってくれました このホテルはちょうどよい規模でチェック・イン時からホッと出来る雰囲気でした 部屋に窓はなかったのですが外の騒音は殆ど聞こえることなく快適に過ごすことが出来ました シャワー、トイレ、洗面所が分かれているのは良いのですがシースルーになっているため、誰かがトイレを使用している時は洗面所が使えない等、少し使い勝手が悪かったです（もちろん、気にならない方もおられるでしょうが） シャワーの水圧は強くはありませんが許容範囲でした バスローブ、バスタオル、フェイスタオル、ハンドタオルやアメニティも充実しています スタッフは皆フレンドリーで感じが良いです 特にジェイミーさんはとても細やかな気遣いをしていただきました お薦めしていただいたトレインストリートに行ったのですが、少しの差で列車が通り過ぎ、再度出直すことになった時に水のペットボトルを持たせてくださいました その他、色々質問する機会があったのですが、いつも丁寧に応えてくれました チェックアウト時、チェック・インのお客さんの対応をされていたのですが、少し手を止めて「忙しくしていてきちんとお見送り出来なくてすみません」と握手してお礼を言われました 最後まで温かい気持ちで過ごせたホテルでした　 また、ハノイに行くことがあれば泊まりたいホテルです

시내중심으로 걸어서 관광하기 좋은 위치를 가지고 있어 좋았다. 주말에는 호안끼엠 호수 근처광장에 야시장이 열리며 다채로운 구경거리가 있었다. 호텔 전반적으로 서비스가 좋았으며 조식은 매일 바뀌며 정갈하게 나왔다. 조식은 부페식외 별도 요리를 주문해서 먹을수 있고, 생과일 주스도 별도 주문해서 먹을수 있었다. 24시간 친철한 서비스를 받아 좋았다
