Beyond belief. You're supposed to contact them for check in since they have no front desk. How? They don't respond to messages, they won't.answer the phone. I had a hotel manager nearby try repeatedly to call them. Expedia has been trying to call them the last 3 days. They still don"t answer.
Ended up in another property paying even more sinc it was a last minute booking. The words 'scam' and more come to mind
NOTE: Their check in says PLEASE contact them 24 hrs before arrival It's a courtesy not a requirement. I've read several similar reviews. This is apparently a room in an apartment building. Expedia is trying to get my refund.
Don't be a victim. Get a room elsewhere.
