I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, it was not worth the price. For $500 a night ( included a $250 resort pool fee), the experience was deeply disappointing. The resort is still under construction, which was not communicated in the description.
The hotel operates on a self-service model with no staff on site. The air conditioning in our unit was coded, preventing us from adjusting it. The property requested that we move all our belongings to another room, likely facing the same issue, as all guests received an automatic text upon arrival stating that the AC had been "fixed" along with the check-in details.
For a $500 per night stay, I expect certain standards to be met:
No ongoing construction unless explicitly mentioned in the description
Adjustable air conditioning
Coffee supplies for the coffee maker
Functional lights and electrical outlets (we flipped all the switches to make them work, which they did not)
When I called to address these issues, the staff member on the phone asked us to search for a crawl space to help fix the AC and promised compensation for our troubles. However, no compensation was provided. The overall experience felt like a scam, with a lack of hospitality and a clear focus on making money rather than ensuring guest satisfaction. I am willing to pay a premium for quality, but this stay was not worth it at all.
