Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've ever had! The cleanliness was unacceptable—my room was filthy, and I found bugs crawling around. To make matters worse, there were noticeable marks on the bed that made me question how often it was cleaned. was extremely disappointed with my stay. I hate this hotel, it’s a waste of money to stay in this hotel. My children could not eat the food because one of their staff was picking his nose, robbing his face, sneezed on his hand and touched the food without washing his hands. Management of the hotel is terrible, staff are rude with non challant attitude. I will not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay. It is a total waste of money.

Absolutely pathetic place to stay, which should be avoided at all costs. Definitely not for families as it's next to prostitutes club. Very smelly and poorly furnished rooms with alnost none toiletries or other facilities. Really traumatic experience and will never stay here again!
