While in a spectacular building, the hotel is in something like an old nunnery. There's still an active chapel. The beds are ancient and uncomfortable with 'army blankets' for covers. Trucks and cars roar by all night. The hotel is inconveniently located, even if you have a car. Meals in the restaurant are prepared with some effort, but ultimately just aren't very good. The information sheet in the room has blatantly wrong information on it. Lights are off and there are few to no good signs to things like stairs, meaning it's easy to get lost. The managers and employees do their best and the cleaning staff are lovely people, but the hotel just isn't working.
Plus: the baby room for kids in the basement is not bad.
